The temperature may have dropped but there has still been plenty of glorious sunshine this half term. There’s no better way to celebrate winter blue skies, than with (probably!) the best fish and chips in Lyme Regis!
Beautiful, fresh, locally sourced white fish coated in a light and airy beer batter fried to perfection… chunky chips – crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside… mushy peas and a slice of lemon. What more could you ask for?
Lashings of salt and vinegar? Maybe!
Mayonnaise? Ketchup? If you really have to!
